HiMirror Fit offers the Smart Body Scale the flexibility to operate independently of a HiMirror device.

Obtaining your measurement results is straightforward:

1. Log into your HiMirror Fit account.
2. Select “Body Measurement.”
3. Step onto the Smart Body Scale.
4. View your results within the HiMirror Fit application.

The Body Overview page presents a comprehensive view of your measurements, including weight, BMI, body fat percentage (BFP), basal metabolic rate (BMR), muscle mass, bone mass, total body water (TBW), and visceral fat level (VFL). Users can select specific metrics to access historical charts that detail their progress over time. Additionally, a body type classification is provided, facilitating more targeted health and fitness goal setting.

It is noteworthy that if you have previously utilized the Smart Body Scale with the HiMirror Mini, those measurement records can be seamlessly synced with the HiMirror Fit application.
